A Sneak Peek into a Virtual Design Appointment

We thought you may be wondering what the outcome of a virtual design consultation might be, so we’ve put together this sneak peek view into a virtual consultation!

As you may already know, we offer two different types of design consultations here in the Triangle Brick Design Center:

  1. In-person consultation, where you schedule an appointment to meet with me in the design center.
  2. Virtual consultation, where you and I work together through digital means to accomplish your exterior design goals.

Regardless of the appointment type, we take great care to bring your exterior design goals to life. In a recent consultation, a couple utilized our virtual design services for a home building project. They had specific goals for a neutral scheme that blends well with the natural landscape, while providing a modern appeal. 

After some discussion we discovered that they had some different ideas on the color of brick for their home, whether it is more of a traditional red or more of a neutral. In the end, the brick selection they decided on was Bessemer Grey, a neutral colored brick. They have played off the gray and tan tones of the Bessemer Grey brick with their coordinating paint selections and other exterior finishes.

Not only do we work with brick and paint in the design center, we can also showcase popular choices for shingles, stone, vinyl, gutters and downspouts, and the like. Check out the completed color story for this couple’s home below. Stay tuned as we follow this project and provide images of the completed home!

As you can see in the above image, we have displayed the exterior drawings of the couple's home along with chosen exterior colors. Please note where each exterior selection will be applied to the home and how the color scheme comes together as a whole to create a very beautiful, yet neutral exterior design.
