We process 26 tons of raw material per hour through our state-of-the-art facilities, producing more than 600 million bricks annually. The quality of every single one starts long before the clay enters the kiln. It began in the ground (over 200 million years ago).
At Triangle Brick, our turnkey manufacturing process starts with on-site mining of native clay and shale deposits located adjacent to our plants. This is not simply a convenient choice. It’s a strategic decision giving us, a top U.S. brick manufacturer, complete control over the most critical ingredient in our product. These clay and shale sources are geologically evaluated for their mineral makeup, color potential, texture characteristics, and long-term performance.
